STEP TWO
You will need to complete, sign, and send us the listing agreement.
STEP THREE
Please complete, sign, and send us the MLS Data Entry Form. On the form, the Grey colored boxes are mandatory. See Sellers Direct Instructions from Step One for more details.
These additional forms should be completed if you choose to have them included with your listing. Under certain circumstances, these may be required.

- Condo Association Disclosures
Once your listing has been posted, please use the Seller Direct Status Change Form to request any changes or updates to your listing.
STEP FOUR
We need at least one picture of the exterior of your home, however we prefer 10-12 pictures. Here are our picture taking tips. Please email these to info@orlandorealestatedirect.com.
STEP FIVE
For your convenience, you can pay online below or drop off a check to 303 East Par Street, Orlando, FL 32804. Listings will not be posted until payment is received.
